You will drive complex control systems, robotics, and packaging engineering while building technical capability and guiding cross-functional colleagues across our global operations.

The role offers ownership from Day 1, continuous mentorship, and a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on innovative engineering breakthroughs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 0–5 years of relevant work experience (internships/co-ops counted).
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and data interpretation.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership potential and collaboration across teams.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10–25%.
• Preferred: experience with industrial PLCs, robotics, machine vision, or programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of control systems, robotics, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Oversee mechanical process development, prototyping, and technology identification.
• Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes and validate packaging materials.
• Drive high-speed packaging tech and precision instrumentation/metrology.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor teams across centers.
