Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 0–5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines/budgets, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead Intelligent Controls & Automation design, development, and implementation for complex systems and AI/ML solutions.
• Oversee Mechanical Design & Development of processes, prototypes, and disruptive solutions.
• Translate R&D innovations into scalable Manufacturing Processes and validate packaging materials.
• Lead Converting & Packing Engineering for high-speed packaging technologies.
• Direct Instrumentation & Metrology design, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Guide Robotics Engineering for development and integration of robotic solutions.
• Lead Environmental & Civil Engineering projects focused on sustainability and infrastructure.
• Provide Technical Leadership to build long-term capability and promote digital solutions.
