Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 8–10+ years of leadership experience in electrical engineering firms.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for electrical engineering tasks within the discipline.
• Provide design status updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with PMs, other engineers, and sub-consultants.
• Mentor and supervise design staff throughout the design process.
• Attend client meetings and provide timely solutions.
