Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 8–10+ years in a leadership role with an electrical/ multidisciplinary firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for electrical engineering tasks within a discipline.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and other engineers to meet schedule and budget.
• Provide status updates, track budgets, and manage sub-tasks.
• Oversee design staff and mentor team members through the design process.
• Attend client meetings and provide timely updates and solutions.
