Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (ABET-accredited)
• 8–10+ years in a leadership role with an EE firm or multi-disciplinary firm
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead design tasks within the electrical discipline and manage scope, schedule, and budgets
• Provide design status updates and track budgets for discipline work
• Mentor and develop design staff and coordinate with sub-consultants and internal teams
• Prepare contract plans, specs, and estimates and ensure quality control as per project requirements
• Attend client meetings, provide timely updates and effective solutions to meet client expectations
• Coordinate with project managers and other disciplines to ensure on-time project completion
