Job summary

Clark Nexsen, a JMT Company, is seeking an Electrical Engineer (PE) to lead the design for electrical tasks within projects, coordinating with design teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

This role offers flexible work location options in Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Virginia Beach, VA; or Macon, GA, with opportunities to collaborate across teams and engage with clients on large-scale building projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 8–10+ years of leadership experience in electrical engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design tasks and coordinate with project engineers across disciplines.
• Develop detailed plans, specifications and estimates for projects.
• Mentor and manage design staff; provide client-facing updates and guidance.
• Ensure quality, schedule and budget compliance for assigned tasks.
