Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in pre-construction/estimating for large commercial or industrial projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction cost estimating, value engineering, budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost budgets for electrical and related systems, including scope sheets and estimate preparation.
• Lead and train a team to provide budgets and detailed cost estimates across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, general contractors, and owners to ensure accuracy of pricing.
• Review drawings for discrepancies and prepare quantity surveys using 2D/3D tools.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and energy code changes.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
