Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to drive the early phases of electrical projects. You will lead sales, design, budgeting and bidding, review scopes and schedules, and coordinate with consultants, owners and the design team.

You will develop conceptual estimates and help with business development while ensuring accurate, timely proposals. The role requires a minimum of 7 years in construction estimating/preconstruction management, strong NEC knowledge, and excellent

Qualifications

• Experience in preconstruction management or estimating for construction projects.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong budget development and bid proposal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering value engineering ideas.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction services including sales, design, budgeting and bidding.
• Review scope, materials, duration and responsibilities for construction.
• Contribute value engineering ideas in proposals.
• Coordinate estimates with consultants and the design team.
• Prepare and present conceptual estimating to stakeholders.
• Support business development meetings and client communications.
• Ensure alignment between operations, accounting and project owners.
