Qualifications

- Lead role requires leadership, project oversight and governance skills.
- Experience in the utility industry and regulatory environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as site SME for electrical systems and monitor performance.
- Direct onsite testing and troubleshooting for emergent issues.
- Evaluate PM program performance and adjust as needed.
- Ensure regulatory compliance is maintained.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Transmission, and Maintenance.
- Interface with external vendors as SPOC for technical issues.
- Support project management for engineering design changes including power systems.
