Job summary

Duke Energy Corporation seeks a Lead Engineer to serve as the site subject matter expert for electrical systems at Marshall Steam Station in North Carolina. The role involves leading testing, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance while directing PM program evaluations and coordinating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

Serve as site SME for electrical systems.
Direct onsite testing and troubleshooting for emergent issues.
Evaluate PM program performance and adjust as needed.
Ensure regulatory compliance is maintained.
Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments to address system concerns.
Develop scope and technical basis for engineering design changes (AC/DC power, motors, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, etc).
Provide guidance and leadership to others in engineering areas of specialization.
