Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for data center construction in the United States.

The role focuses on leading complex electrical projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, procurement, client relations, and team mentoring within fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• PM experience on electrical construction projects
• Experience managing data center or IT/telecom infra projects
• Experience with electrical distribution, structured cabling and live facility retrofits
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects valued at $50M+
• Develop project budgets, schedules, estimates, and scopes
• Lead project execution while maintaining safety, quality, budget, and schedule
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and project teams
• Manage procurement, billing, forecasting, and change orders
• Conduct site visits and provide regular project updates
• Mentor and support project team members
