The role involves hands-on support, troubleshooting, and on-site project leadership across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and data-center facilities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field service experience, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of field service experience with critical power equipment.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting UPS, switchgear, ATS, and generators.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and one-line drawings.

Aufgaben

• Lead field service activities for installation, startup, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of critical power systems.
• Troubleshoot UPS, battery backups, switchgear, ATS, generators, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service calls.
• Coordinate outages, replacements, and upgrades with customers and teams.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance.
