Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and PE license required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in power generation and renewable energy.
• Proficiency with Power Market Sector design software and MS Office.
• Ability to lead multi-discipline teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams on power generation design projects, including renewables and BESS.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with Project Manager and Controller on reviews.
• Develop proposals, fee estimates, and work breakdown structures.
• Execute design and engineer of record work for power plant systems.
