HDR is seeking a Senior Electrical Power Engineer with extensive experience in utility-scale power generation and renewable energy. The role involves leading design teams, mentoring engineers, and supporting client relations on multiple projects.

Ideal candidates hold an ABET-accredited engineering degree, a PE license, and 10+ years of experience in power generation design, with proficiency in ETAP, SKM, and other industry tools. Occasional travel is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in power generation design
• PE license required (Professional Engineer)
• Experience with simple/combined cycle power generation
• Experience in owner’s engineer or EPC settings is desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Power Market Sector design software

Responsabilidades

• Lead power generation design projects for utility-scale and renewable energy.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage client relationships.
• Support in marketing activities, proposals, and fee estimates.
• Direct engineering staff and review project progress with management.
• Collaborate with project managers on project reviews and risk assessment.
