Job summary

C&I Engineering in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Senior Electrical Power Engineer to lead complex design efforts, mentor junior staff, and ensure designs meet customer expectations. You will plan execution for large projects, integrate multi‑discipline plans, and perform analyses using vendor data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an ABET-accredited program.
• Travel domestically or internationally up to 10%.
• Must comply with drug-free workplace requirements.
• Able to obtain TWIC and pass background checks.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Prepares design packages, including construction scope of work for complex projects.
• Mentors junior staff and supports training and development.
• Plans execution for large projects, coordinating multi‑discipline plans.
• Develops P&IDs and electrical/instrumentation design documents.
• Performs computer analyses and uses vendor data for interface points.
