A leading power systems company is seeking a Senior Power Systems Engineer in Houston, Texas. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and at least 7 years of experience in electrical systems. You'll work on the design, integration, and testing of electrical systems for various equipment types and mentor junior engineers. Strong project management skills and proficiency in electrical CAD software are essential. Qualifications
7 years experience with electrical systems required.
Great understanding of the NEC.
Experience with AC systems up to 15kV and DC systems up to 120V.
Strongly preferred experience with reciprocating generators or turbines.
Responsibilities
Lead design and integration of electrical systems across various equipment types.
Develop documentation for troubleshooting and training.
Mentor junior engineers on design principles and project management.
Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
