Job summary

Upgrade Resources is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager for electrical construction across multiple Texas markets, including North, Central, Gulf Coast, and West Texas. Candidates will oversee scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety, with projects ranging up to $10 million and close collaboration with project superintendents, clients, general contractors, and design teams.

Qualifications

• 4-year mechanical or electrical engineering or construction science degree or commensurate experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of electrical construction project management experience across commercial/industrial sectors.
• OSHA-30 certification or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management direction on electrical construction projects up to $10 million.
• Lead project with superintendent and coordinate with client/general contractor/architect‑engineer teams.
• Negotiate and manage subcontracts and vendors; control schedule and budget.
• Manage project finances including costs, billings, collections, and change orders.
