Skillforce, a leading electrical contracting firm, seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their Texas team with relocation support. This full-time role involves directing large-scale electrical construction, overseeing budgets and schedules, and collaborating with clients and subcontractors on complex projects such as data centers and semiconductor facilities.

Candidates must manage multi-million dollar projects, exhibit strong leadership and communication, and be willing to relocate

Qualifications

• Experience managing $20M+ electrical projects.
• Background with data centers, semiconductor facilities, commercial new construction, or other large-scale/high-tech projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, including high-voltage work.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Texas.
• Willingness to obtain a Texas Journeyman Electrical License with company assistance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall execution of large-scale electrical construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and change orders.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Manage projects valued at $20M+.
• Work on complex electrical construction projects including data centers, semiconductor facilities, and large commercial new construction.
• Monitor project progress, financial performance, safety, quality, and schedule.
• Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
• Identify project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.

Salary Range: $160,000.00 To $205,000.00 Annually

Skillforce has teamed up with a leading electrical contracting firm to find an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team in Texas. We have multiple openings across Texas and are looking for candidates who are open to relocating for the right opportunity.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong electrical construction background and experience managing large-scale, complex projects. This is a full-time, direct hire position.
