Job description

Senior Project Manager - Electrical Construction

One of the fastest-growing electrical contractors in the US, with a major presence across Texas and an expanding national footprint.

Founded in 2002, the business has grown from a small Fort Worth electrical contractor into a major full-service organization delivering some of the most technically complex electrical projects in the market.

The company operates across three core business units: Construction, Service and Integrated Manufacturing, giving the business the ability to support projects from design and preconstruction through installation, prefabrication, commissioning and ongoing service.

The company has experienced significant growth in recent years, driven by work across mission critical/data centers, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, industrial and large commercial construction. In 2025, the business expanded its work outside Texas into 27 additional states and continued growing its national programs and integrated manufacturing capabilities.

The company has also invested heavily in off-site manufacturing and prefabrication. Its Integrated Manufacturing division produces e-houses, electrical skids, UL-listed panels, modular multitrade racks and prefabricated electrical assemblies, allowing project teams to improve quality, safety, schedule certainty and field productivity.

The scale of the projects reflects that growth. Recent work includes a $125M electrical data center project in Dallas, major advanced manufacturing facilities, healthcare projects, high-rise developments and hyperscale mission-critical work.

The contractor was also recognised in 2026 as an ABC Top Performer, ranking #14 nationally among Top Electrical Contractors and #19 among Top Trade Contractors, alongside recognition in high-tech/data center, healthcare and hospitality markets.

The Opportunity:

The business is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Dallas-Fort Worth operation and take ownership of large, complex electrical construction projects.

This is an opportunity to join a contractor that is still growing aggressively, while already having the infrastructure, project pipeline and technical capability of a major national electrical business.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, cost control and overall project profitability
  • Building and leading project teams
  • Working closely with field leadership, executives, general contractors and owners
  • Managing procurement, subcontractors, change orders and project risk
  • Maintaining project schedules and key milestones
  • Developing long-term client relationships
  • Supporting manpower planning and operational strategy
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

Why Join?

The company places a major emphasis on developing people internally, with structured leadership development, technical training, ongoing education and career progression opportunities. The business provides formal onboarding, skills development and leadership training at multiple levels.

Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, employer-matched 401(k), PTO and company holidays.

For an experienced electrical Project Manager looking to step into a larger role, manage significant projects and grow alongside a rapidly expanding contractor, this is a strong opportunity to join the business at an exciting point in its development.
