Job summary

Skillforce is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction initiatives for a Texas-based client. The role requires managing $20M+ projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement, while coordinating with field ops, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Relocation to Texas is required; a Texas Journeyman Electrical License is supported for licensure.

Qualifications

• Experience managing $20M+ electrical projects.
• Background with data centers, semiconductor facilities, commercial new construction, or other large-scale/high-tech projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, including high-voltage work.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Texas.
• Must be willing to obtain a Texas Journeyman Electrical License. The company will provide assistance with the licensing process.

• Monitor project progress, financial performance, safety, quality, and schedule.
• Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
• Identify project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.

Salary Range: $160,000.00 To $205,000.00 Annually

Skillforce has teamed up with a leading electrical contracting firm to find an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team in Texas. We have multiple openings across Texas and are looking for candidates who are open to relocating for the right opportunity.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong electrical construction background and experience managing large-scale, complex projects. This is a full-time, direct hire position.
