Job summary

Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), now including PMA, seeks a Senior Project Manager for its Life Sciences team in San Francisco. This hybrid role engages with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver complex real estate and infrastructure projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead planning, design, and construction activities for buildings, tenant improvements, and infrastructure, while mentoring junior project staff and ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electrical-related project management, design, or construction.
• Experience with complex technology, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between clients and project teams through the lifecycle.
• Coordinate design meetings, document discussions, and track action items.
• Drive creation of Electrical and Fire Alarm/Life Safety documents for execution.
• Monitor budgets and schedules; assess changes to scope and cost.
• Support procurement, contracts, and consultant coordination; mentor junior staff.
• Oversee construction activities for alignment with design intent and quality.
