Job summary
Brailsford & Dunlavey is seeking a Project Manager to lead life sciences projects from planning through completion in a hybrid San Francisco role. You will coordinate owners, design teams, contractors, and consultants, manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and documentation to deliver high quality facilities.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management, real estate development, or related fields with life sciences or GMP environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, real estate development, or related fields.
- Experience in life sciences environments including laboratory facilities, GMP spaces, or clean rooms is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead life sciences project management initiatives from planning through completion.
- Establish partnerships with clients and coordinate owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Review requirements and design solutions to align with owner objectives.
- Initiate and manage procurement for design, construction, and consultant services.
- Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, and project controls while identifying risks.
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders and mitigate project risks.
