Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our electrical construction projects in Dallas, TX. You will lead project financials, schedules, and teams to deliver on-time, on-budget results and maintain strong client relationships.

Relocation offered. We operate across 19 strategic locations and emphasize growth, safety, and collaboration within a network that supports ongoing development and performance excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Project Manager (or 3+ years as Senior PM) over commercial electrical work.
• Proven experience managing electrical construction projects over $10M.
• Experience preparing take-offs and estimates for change orders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent certification/experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of the project including costs, revenue, and margins.
• Develop and approve project estimates and change orders with customers.
• Create and maintain project schedules with GC alignment.
• Lead and mentor project team and coordinate with customers, vendors, and subs.
