ITP (International Talent Partnership) is partnering with a Dallas–Fort Worth-based electrical contractor to hire a Senior Project Manager for large-scale commercial and mission critical projects. This local role has no travel requirements and offers a clear path to executive leadership.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and drive project success from preconstruction through closeout while building long-term client relationships in the DFW market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large commercial and/or mission critical projects.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, budgeting and cost control.
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, APMs and field leadership.
• Build and maintain strong client, consultant and subcontractor relationships.
• Drive schedule performance and project execution.
• Support preconstruction efforts, estimates and client pursuits.
• Mentor and develop future leaders within the business.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

We are partnering with a rapidly growing electrical contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth market seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial and mission critical projects throughout DFW. This is a local role with no travel requirements, allowing you to stay close to home while managing some of the region's most significant projects.
