• Develop and monitor schedules and budgets to keep projects on track.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors for favorable terms.
• Implement strategic plans to optimize resources and outcomes.
• Direct project teams and foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment as needed.
• Identify and manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Manage scope changes, costs, and schedule impacts promptly.
• Read and interpret blueprints and ensure compliance with codes.
• Make timely decisions to maintain project progress.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery.
• Utilize MS Project and other PM tools for progress reporting.
