Strategic Mission Critical is seeking a Senior Level Electrical Engineer based in Fargo, ND, to oversee design and construction administration for major data center projects. The role requires coordinating with contractors, clients, and internal teams to resolve RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings while maintaining project schedules.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in power distribution, UPS, fire alarm, and grounding, with robust communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in facility electrical design, construction, and/or commissioning.

Responsabilités

• Oversee design work for SMC’s projects across on-site environments.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and design partners to meet deadlines.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead small electrical teams and provide client-facing updates.
• Mentor engineers and designers to grow electrical knowledge base.
• Maintain organization and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
