Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, strategic planning, team leadership, procurement, resource allocation, risk management, conflict resolution, change management, blueprint reading, decision making, building codes, vendor management, time management, problem-solving, and communication.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to secure the best possible terms for our company.
• Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective project plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project goals, progress, and issues to team members and senior management.
• Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools.
• A thorough understanding of building codes and regulations.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
