Job summary

LeoForce seeks a Senior Project Manager - Electrical to lead large-scale electrical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution for data-center initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure work adheres to safety standards and codes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical project management, with experience on data center projects and exposure to major clients like Google.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, specifically in the electrical construction industry.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in data center projects.
• Experience with major clients such as Google is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of all phases of large-scale electrical construction projects, including conceptual development, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Oversee project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and technical staff, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines and cost estimates, and manage project resources effectively.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure all project work is completed in compliance with industry safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Report on project status, progress, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
