Job summary

LeoForce in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data center construction projects from inception to closeout. The role requires senior-level expertise in commercial construction management and a proven ability to drive cost, schedule, and quality on active sites.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management (general contractor preferred).
• 4+ years leading data center/mission-critical builds preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, and/or CMiC.
• Proven leadership, financial acumen, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to travel and work on active construction sites.
