LVI Associates seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale Data Center and Mission Critical projects in the United States. The role emphasizes delivering complex electrical construction programs while managing executive client relationships from preconstruction through closeout.

The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, maintain strong client relations, and guide project teams across multiple sites, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of Electrical Project Management experience on Data Center, Mission Critical, IT, or Telecommunications projects.
• Strong understanding of Data Center electrical distribution systems, structured cabling, and white space fit-outs.
• Experience with retrofit, expansion, and upgrade projects in operational facilities.
• Excellent scheduling, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Champion site safety and industry standards.
• Review estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Establish schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and resources.
• Lead project execution to meet design, budget, and schedule goals.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
• Manage procurement, billing, cash flow, and forecasting.
• Provide regular performance updates to executive leadership.
• Mentor junior staff and develop project teams.
