Job summary

You will partner across manufacturing, quality, software, vehicle engineering, and plant operations to validate and improve electrical test systems worldwide, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical hardware development or automotive systems engineering.
• Strong ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Experience coordinating installation, validation, and support of test equipment.
• Proven cross-functional teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with electrical testing in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for electrical hardware systems on production lines.
• Coordinate design, development, and integration with mechanical, electrical, quality, software teams.
• Oversee commissioning and validation of new electrical test equipment and upgrades.
• Drive issue resolution with engineering and production to meet timing and cost targets.
• Ensure readiness, reliability, and plant integration of electrical systems.
• Maintain stakeholder communications with risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Foster a forward-thinking culture adapting to organizational changes.
• Build cross-functional relationships across software, manufacturing, and PMO.
