Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience launching programs with manufacturing/assembly plants.
• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate product designs and advocate for manufacturing requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Engineering and assembly plants to align requirements and resolve issues.
• Verify vehicle manufacturing requirements, manage deviations, and escalate issues.
• Lead virtual studies, PFMEA activities, and vehicle build events to identify concerns.
• Develop build sequences, assembly processes, and tooling requirements.
• Foster a forward-thinking culture embracing change and future challenges.
• Build relationships across software, manufacturing, and program management for future innovations.
