Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead the definition and maintenance of subsystem requirements for Electric Power interfaces.
• Experience coordinating hardware, software, controls, diagnostics, and validation.
• Ability to drive issue resolution across multiple teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and maintenance of subsystem requirements for lead-acid batteries, sensors, inverters, generators, and related interfaces.
• Develop and maintain subsystem technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Decompose system requirements into verifiable subsystem requirements with traceability.
• Maintain content in the requirements-management environment and manage changes.
• Contribute to Model-Based Systems Engineering artifacts to clarify behavior and interfaces.
• Lead cross-functional requirement discussions and triad reviews.
• Collaborate with design release and suppliers to ensure interface and performance meet intent.
• Work with controls, software, diagnostics, calibration, and systems teams to review implementation.
• Define validation intent, test coverage, and acceptance criteria for the subsystem.
• Coordinate with bench, vehicle, simulation, and validation teams to investigate anomalies and close issues.
• Support FMEAs and safety/regulatory/compliance requirements for the subsystem.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions with teams and suppliers.
• Participate in design reviews, program milestones, and Agile ceremonies.
