CRB is seeking an Electrical Engineer IV to lead electrical design on complex projects and drive technical excellence across all project phases. The role emphasizes discipline leadership, client interface, and robust budget management.

Ideal candidates will have ABET accreditation, 10+ years in a design setting, and a PE license. The position offers opportunities to influence GMP environments and multi-disciplinary collaboration within CRB's life sciences and food/beverage sectors.

Formación

• ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in a design firm setting.
• Professional Engineering (PE) registration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary electrical discipline lead for large, complex projects.
• Manage project budgets and schedules from an electrical design perspective.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Lead electrical system design programming and master planning.
• Design and engineer electrical systems for new builds, including power distribution systems (4160V, 480V, 240V, and 120V), lighting systems, grounding and bonding, and special systems.
• Oversee quality assurance for electrical design documents, calculations, and specifications.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
• Support construction activities, including RFIs, submittal reviews, punch lists, and progress reporting.
• Develop and deliver internal training presentations on electrical design and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on proposals, resource planning, and scheduling for the electrical scope of work.
