Job summary

CRB is seeking a Senior Lead Electrical Engineer to head electrical design on complex projects within building and industrial power systems. You will mentor teams, coordinate with clients and construction teams, and deliver constructible, code-compliant designs from concept through construction.

The role requires 15+ years in electrical engineering, an active PE license, and strong NEC/building code knowledge, with GMP manufacturing experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in electrical engineering, preferably in consulting/design
• Experience leading projects involving building or industrial power systems
• Strong knowledge of NEC and building codes
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and designers

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for complex projects through all phases
• Coordinate low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems
• Perform power system calculations (load, short-circuit, voltage drop, arc flash)
• Develop code-compliant construction drawings and specs
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-discipline teams
