Job summary

CRB is seeking an Electrical Engineer IV to lead electrical design for large, complex projects in the life sciences and food/beverage sectors. This role focuses on designing electrical systems for new builds, managing budgets, and guiding junior staff from design through construction.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in electrical system design for new construction (medium- and low-voltage).
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and building codes (intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary electrical discipline lead for large, complex projects.
• Manage project budgets and schedules from an electrical design perspective.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Lead electrical system design programming and master planning.
• Design and engineer electrical systems for new builds (power distribution, lighting, grounding).Oversee QA for electrical design documents, calculations, and specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers; support construction activities (RFIs, submittals, punch lists).
