Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an MEP Engineer in infrastructure/building systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience supervising staff and working with building codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the electrical discipline within the office and region.
• Mentor and develop department staff and supervise local team members.
• Lead project execution from concept to construction administration.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Establish engineering standards and oversee recruitment and retention.
