We are seeking an accomplished Electrical Engineering Leader with 10+ years of experience in the building construction industry to drive technical excellence, lead high-performing engineering teams, and deliver innovative solutions for complex commercial, healthcare, industrial, higher education, and mission-critical facilities.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will provide strategic direction for electrical engineering design, mentor and develop talented professionals, and collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to bring visionary projects to life. You will be responsible for championing quality, innovation, and operational excellence while ensuring projects are delivered to align with client goals.
As a trusted advisor and technical expert, you will influence major project decisions, foster strong client relationships, and help shape the growth of our engineering practice. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with a requirement of two in-office days per week in our Seattle, WA office. All candidates must be located in and eligible to work in the U.S.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the compensation scale for this role. Actual salaries will be determined based on location, experience, responsibilities, and qualifications. This salary range is just one component of Glumac's total compensation package, which includes benefits, professional development opportunities, and additional incentives.
