Job summary

Temperpack VEGAS – NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV seeks a Maintenance E&I Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical instrumentation systems within our manufacturing environment. The role includes planning downtime with the Maintenance Manager and Engineering and documenting logs and machine failures.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years hands-on electrical/instrumentation experience, knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and DCS systems, and an associate degree or

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and programming.
• Familiarity with control systems, field instrumentation, and motor controls.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instrumentation systems in our manufacturing environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on sophisticated equipment.
• Plan and schedule equipment downtime with Maintenance Manager and Engineering.
• Document logs and machine failures for traceability.
