Job summary

Temperpack Nevada Inc. seeks a Maintenance E&I Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical instrumentation systems in a manufacturing setting. You will plan downtime with Maintenance Manager and Engineering, and document logs and failures to ensure optimal uptime.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on electrical/instrumentation experience, strong knowledge of electrical codes and PLCs, and familiarity with PLC ladder logic and safety practices such as lock-out/tag-out.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on electrical and instrumentation experience.
• Experience with extrusion/lamination machinery and process equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, PLCs, VFDs, and DCS systems.
• Familiar with PLC ladder logic and editing.
• Proficient with test instruments: multimeters, calibrators, loop testers.
• Ability to work safely with rotating and high-voltage machinery.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical instrumentation systems.
• Plan and schedule equipment downtime with Maintenance Manager and Engineering.
• Document logs and machine failures for traceability.
• Support fast-paced manufacturing with safe, reliable operations.
