Job summary

TemperPack Nevada Inc in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance of extrusion and panel line equipment, lead a team of technicians, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coaching, performing preventive maintenance, reviewing PMs and logs, maintaining equipment files, and coordinating with the Maintenance Manager. Strong PLC, electrical, and mechanical knowledge required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with extrusion or lamination equipment and industrial process control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance on production assets and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead PMs, delegate tasks, and coach Junior Mechanics.
• Maintain and audit maintenance records, machine logs and SOPs; ensure timely maintenance.
