Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a CSU Electrical and I&C Superintendent for a major Combined Cycle Gas Turbine project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. You will oversee commissioning activities, coordinate with management and operations teams, and ensure delivery of electrical and I&C systems from startup through initial operation.

This role requires extensive experience in power projects, strong knowledge of industry standards, and leadership skills to manage engineers and craft personnel.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale combined cycle power projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate startup-related engineering, construction, and client activities at the jobsite.
• Plan scope, procedures, schedules, and budgets.
• Set up progress reporting and lead proactive course corrections.
• Lead and supervise engineers; assign and schedule work.
• Prepare system testing and turnover documentation.
• Support training material development for client personnel.
