Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation is seeking a Civil-Structural Superintendent for the Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Project in Cheyenne, WY, with supportive work from Reston, VA. The role leads the civil-structural supervision team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-budget delivery as the project progresses toward EPC delivery this year.

The successful candidate will manage construction activities, coordinate with field engineers, foremen, and subcontractors, and ensure alignment with engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience; 9–12 years if no degree.
• Experience with combined-cycle facilities preferred; knowledge of industry codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil-structural supervision for precast, rebar, structural steel, and roofing.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and subcontractor coordination to meet project goals.
• Develop and enforce Project Automation Plan, Environmental Compliance Plan, safety plan, site survey plan, subcontracting plan, labor strategy, and Construction Execution Plan.
