Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Lead Electrical Superintendent for the Cheyenne Power Hub project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. You will oversee the electrical supervision team, coordinate raceway installation, cable pulling, and energization activities, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will lead craft personnel, plan construction methods, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize performance and throughput on a major gas-fired facility.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience on large gas-fired power facilities or CCGT projects is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to ES&H and zero-accident safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Direct electrical supervision activities in the CCGT Area, including equipment, raceways, cable pulling, and energization.
• Lead craft personnel, manage schedules, and supervise foremen and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project disciplines and client representatives to plan construction and resources.
