Zaddy Solutions is seeking an Experienced Foreman Electrician to lead commercial, industrial, and healthcare wiring projects at multiple CT locations. You will supervise journeymen and apprentices, read blueprints, and ensure safety while coordinating materials and trades.

Qualifications

• CT E-2 electrical license (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crews: Direct journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
• Read Blueprints: Interpret schematics, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure Safety: Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Manage Materials: Order, track, and allocate tools and electrical supplies.
• Monitor Progress: Keep projects on schedule and within budget limits.
• Maintain Quality: Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Coordinate Trades: Collaborate with general contractors and other trade foremen.
