True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Foreman Electrician to oversee commercial, industrial, and health care wiring projects. The role balances hands-on electrical work with supervision, scheduling, and crew training.

The ideal candidate will supervise journeymen and apprentices, read blueprints, enforce OSHA safety rules, manage materials, and ensure NEC compliance across multiple job sites. A valid CT E-2 license and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Current CT E-2 License.
• Valid Driver's License and transportation.
• Experience supervising electrical crews.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and NEC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Enforce OSHA and safety policies on site.
• Manage materials: order, track, and allocate tools and supplies.
• Monitor project progress and keep on schedule and budget.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and applicable codes.
• Coordinate with general contractors and other foremen.
