Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a reliable Electrical Foreman for Commercial/Industrial/Health care Wiring. On-site supervision of journeymen and apprentices; read blueprints; ensure safety; manage materials and schedule crew to meet NEC standards.

Requires CT E-2 license and valid driver’s license. Competitive wage and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental, 401(k) with company match, disability, vacation and paid time off. On-site, multiple locations, full-time, 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Current CT E-2 license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Hand tools required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews and direct journeymen and apprentices daily.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Ensure safety by enforcing OSHA regulations.
• Manage materials: order, track, and allocate tools and supplies.
• Monitor progress to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain quality by complying with the NEC.
• Coordinate trades with general contractors and other foremen.
