Aspire Talent Solutions seeks an Experienced Foreman Electrician for a multi-location CT role covering commercial, industrial, and healthcare wiring. The candidate will lead on-site crews, read blueprints, enforce safety, and coordinate with general contractors to deliver quality electrical installs.

The position requires a CT E-2 license, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Excellent benefits are provided, including 401(k) with company match and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Supervise journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and specs.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Order, track, and allocate electrical supplies and tools.
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Collaborate with general contractors and other trade foremen.
