Job summary
The Keystone Distinction Group seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial, industrial and healthcare wiring projects in Connecticut. You will supervise journeymen and apprentices, read blueprints, enforce safety, and coordinate materials and schedules on site.
The role balances hands-on electrical work with supervision, ensures NEC compliance, monitors progress, maintains quality, and collaborates with general contractors and other trades to keep projects on time and within
Qualifications
- CT E-2 electrical license required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience supervising electrical crews on commercial/industrial projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Manage materials: order, track, and allocate tools and supplies.
- Monitor project progress to keep on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain quality and NEC compliance for all work.
- Coordinate with general contractors and other trade foremen.
