6 Degrees Search is seeking an Experienced Foreman Electrician to lead on commercial, industrial, and health care wiring projects. You’ll supervise journeymen and apprentices, read blueprints, enforce safety policies, and manage materials to keep work on track.

The role combines hands-on electrical work with supervisory duties to ensure NEC compliance and timely delivery. Requirements include a CT E-2 electrical license and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Direct journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
• Interpret schematics, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Order, track, and allocate tools and electrical supplies.
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget limits.
• Ensure all work complies with the NEC.
• Collaborate with general contractors and other trade foremen.

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and organized Electrical foreman for Commercial/Industrial/Health care Wiring.

The Electrical Foreman oversees daily on-site operations for electrical projects. This role balances manual electrical labor with supervisory tasks like scheduling, coordinating materials, and training crew members. The foreman manages a crew of electricians to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to electrical codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Crews: Direct journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
• Read Blueprints: Interpret schematics, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure Safety: Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
